  • Notes on hemp restrictions: DC does not have an industrial hemp cultivation program. CBD from hemp is legal to use and sell, but farmers cannot apply for a hemp grower's permit in DC. Vendors can sell hemp-derived goods in DC, but retailers must verify that their products are below the 0.3% THC threshold.
