Return Policy

Our 90-Day Store Credit Return Policy:

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer store credit for items returned within 90 days of the original purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return.

Please note that the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Items that are opened, used, or damaged may not be eligible for return.

Our Damaged Product Policy:

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, we offer a full refund if the damage is reported within the first 7 business days from the delivery date. To report a damaged item, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number, a description of the damage, and supporting photographic evidence.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part. In such cases, High Hemp will cover the return shipping costs.
