  • Hemp Pre-Rolls <0.3% THC: No Restrictions
  • Hemp Rolling Papers: Restrictions on Sale
  • Hemp Cigar Papers: Restrictions on Sale
  • Notes on hemp restrictions: License required to cultivate, store, handle, or market hemp. The sale of rolling papers of any kind to individuals under the age of 21 is prohibited. Restrictions on advertisement apply only to medical use. Beginning July 1, 2023, cannabis will be legal for adult-use.
