HEMP RESTRICTIONS

  • Hemp Pre-Rolls <0.3% THC: No Restrictions
  • Hemp Rolling Papers: Restrictions on Sale
  • Hemp Cigar Papers: Restrictions on Sale
  • Notes on hemp restrictions: No license required to sell hemp or hemp products in Ohio, but the products must have packaging indicated that the THC concentration is below 0.3%; hemp products explicitly include papers derived from hemp. No restrictions on the sale of smokable hemp flower. No further restrictions on the marketing of hemp or hemp products containing CBD, beyond those imposed by the FDA and FTC. A person who intends to buy rolling papers must be 21 years or older.
